As a research partner, principal analyst and global head of ISG Provider Lens, Jan Erik has, among his many accomplishments:

• Advocated for and built a core team of analysts in India into a global research powerhouse, creating one of the industry's most trusted and sought-after research organizations.
• Introduced research solutions specific to the public sector, creating sophisticated and dedicated reporting and insights that deliver the depth and quality of private sector research to local and state governments.
• Leveraged his deep interest in living responsibly and sustainably to help ISG become a leader in ESG best practices, and to provide its clients with research to help them do the same across their businesses and provider networks.

Nathan has more than 19 years of service to state and local governments in IT and project management with expertise in financial and compliance auditing, human resources, activity-based costing, process improvement services, internal control reviews, project management, and consulting. His work with public sector organizations includes helping them select, acquire and implement ERP systems for finance, procurement and human resources management. Before coming to ISG, Nathan held positions in state government and commercial enterprises, including a Big 5 accounting firm. Nathan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.

Chris Pattacini is a Partner at ISG, with more than 30 years of industry experience. As an experienced IT outsourcing and benchmarking consultant, Chris is a recognized industry leader who utilizes state of the art benchmarking tools for project-based support of outsourcing transactions for large corporate clients. Chris’s expertise includes market price intelligence for various business and IT services. He currently manages the ProBenchmark platform.

Lesley has over 20 years of experience in sales and account management specializing in strategic sales, relationship management, and account development. 

Bruce Guptill brings more than 40 years of technology business and markets experience and expertise to ISG clients. Beginning with software programming and systems architecture and design, his career path has included business analysis, sales, marketing, and engineering positions in PC reselling, telecommunications and computer networking, electronic commerce and online marketplaces, and software and services – including all major Cloud IT disciplines.
