Joe has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the public sector managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations for state and local governments. He is highly proficient in assessing the technological needs of the client and recommending the appropriate ERP solution. He is an expert in creating a project plan and monitoring deliverables, communicating status reports to executive management and training users on new software. In addition, he has authored many solicitation documents for his clients and successfully negotiated software and implementation contracts for numerous public sector clients.
