He offers ISG clients comprehensive insights on latest market trends, provider landscape, in-depth capabilities and market presence analysis of service providers and brings in extensive knowledge of the outsourcing industry. Tarun is also responsible for defining quadrants, formulating key parameters for benchmarking providers, and designing questionnaires. 

Ed Armstrong is a Six-Sigma trained supply-chain and sourcing professional with over 17 years of IT, telecom, indirect strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operations, contract management, supplier management, finance and business process improvement experience. As a Principal Consultant in ISG’s Network & Software Advisory Practice, Ed is focused on  helping clients identify and capture cost and value optimization opportunities  in their enterprise, ERP, application and subscription based software and IT hardware spend verticals.

As a Director and Chairman’s Club Award winner at ISG, Suresh Payapulli leads our Sourcing Solutions practice for the region. He champions ISG’s FutureSource™ methodology leading high performance advisory teams in developing and implementing strategies that deliver major transformation to operating models. Having advised on ITO sourcing transactions of £250m TCV and above, he has led many large-scale IT transformation programmes through strategic sourcing. He combines this experience with real industry insight to bring thought leadership to his client engagements.

David manages the software research and advisory for IT and leads the expertise in AI.  He oversees the team and expertise areas for software used by IT and for what is used by business. David leads the software research efforts in AI for IT and AI-infused software building on over three decades of experience in data and analytics. For decades, he has brought to market leading-edge analytics and data products in marketing and product leadership positions at Pivotal (a division of EMC), Vertica Systems, Oracle, Applix, InforSense, and IRI Software. David earned his MS in Business from Bentley University and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
