Lois Coatney leads ISG’s Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry practice. She serves as a trusted advocate for Fortune 500 clients, helping them maximize the value of their service providers and supply chains. With more than two decades of experience as a service provider herself, Lois brings a unique perspective to every engagement. 

In addition to her industry leadership role, Lois is a member of the ISG Executive Board, where she oversees Global Sales. As an executive at ISG, Lois focuses not only on financial results but also on how ISG can strengthen its market presence. She combines a deep understanding of client needs with a clear vision of ISG’s strengths to drive business growth. Lois is also committed to mentoring ISG colleagues, helping them build strong client partnerships and career growth.  Her passion is to be an advocate for bringing more women into technology both inside and outside of ISG. She launched and serves as Executive Sponsor of the ISG Women in Digital program, the Global ISG Women in Digital Awards Program, and mentors many women across  
the globe.

Anthony Drake

Anthony Drake

Anthony Drake is Partner and President of ISG’s EMEA business. Since joining the firm in 2011, he has advised more than 70 clients across the UK, DACH, SEMEA and Nordics markets on complex technology, sourcing and commercial decisions. He works closely with executive teams at the board and C-suite level to help navigate periods of change, balance growth and cost pressures, and execute large-scale transformation programs. A respected voice in the industry, Anthony is recognized for his ability to shape durable, high-impact relationships between both private and public sectors clients and service providers and to translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
