BIG THREE THOUGHTS FROM 2Q22

Something a little different this week: watch this quick recap of the three most important things we talked about on the 2Q22 ISG Index call this week.

Contracting activity remains strong despite macroeconomic headwinds. ADM, engineering and industry-specific BPO are driving ACV growth, while data center continues to decline.

Labor markets remain very tight with providers reporting record attrition and enterprises feeling the impact of the “Great Reshuffle.” However, ISG models indicate that attrition is stabilizing.

FX will continue to be a headwind as global economic conditions impact revenues. We’ve lowered our full-year managed services forecast to 3.5% and our as-a-service forecast to 18%.
