Chris leads ISG Data and Analytics in the Americas and is product owner of ISG Inform, ISG’s cloud-based benchmarking platform. Chris is responsible for managing enterprise assessments, focusing on delivering data analyses, financial models, and opportunities to technology executives. He is primarily involved with Cost Optimization initiatives, leading IT Performance Benchmarks and Contract Assessments. Chris also has supported Strategy, Transaction, and BPO projects.
