James Deacon leads ISG’s Digital Service Line for ANZ. He is a Director in the ANZ practice and a recognized Digital Expert. He is a proven ICT visionary with 20+ years of international experience. He has demonstrated the rare ability to define and implement business strategies and transformations. He is a thought leader who is passionate about the alignment of the ICT function and business strategy and the opportunities to optimize this alignment through digital innovations, including:  technology, sourcing, organizational design and service integration.
