Joyce Harkness leads the development and growth of the cybersecurity practice in ANZ & Asia Pacific. She leverages 30+ years of leadership experience in whole-of-business transformation and program management, technology know-how, and a rich understanding of the success factors for digital, industrial & operating model transformations, to solving complex problems in cybersecurity. As a former Chief Information Officer, she grasps the strategic, operational, and tactical perspective to the cybersecurity challenge, and balances ‘thought leadership’ with a pragmatic approach to solutions. Her experience spans a diverse set of business and technical scenarios across various industries: high-tech, telecommunications, financial services, legal services, manufacturing.
