Shijin advises clients on large-scale technology and process transformations, strategic sourcing, IT service management, and cost optimization best practices. Shijin is highly skilled at analyzing gaps and identifying inefficiencies in the existing processes and tailoring innovative solutions to meet client objectives.  Shijin is a Principal Consultant within ISG’s Digital Strategy and Solutions practice.
