Tim mainly supports his clients in the areas of IT Cost Transformation, Enterprise Agility, IT Transformation, IT Project Management and IT Service Management. In previous projects he focused on supporting the implementation of IT transformations and IT cost analysis. Tim is part of the “Holistic Cost Transformation" team in ISG. Working on projects with colleagues across the globe is part of his daily work.
