Beth has more than 25 years of experience specializing in Transformational Business Change & Readiness, Leadership, Learning & Development, Culture Shaping and Employee Engagement. Her book, POWERED BY HAPPY, and the accompanying workshop, has guided her efforts and services in helping organizations shape productive cultures and employee engagement.

Beth previously served as Senior Vice President at JP Morgan Chase where she led the retail organization’s Learning & Change Management department across the country in support of their branch network. In addition, Beth served as the Head of Knowledge & Service Management for all Limited Brands, where she led Organizational Change, Learning & Service Management activities.

Beth is a globally recognized thought leader whose work has been recognized all over the world and she’s served as a trusted advisor to many Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Beth’s professional work has been recognized with national awards and in several globally circulated magazines, newsletters and blogs. She is a contributing author on four books: On Demand Learning (Darin Harley), Implementing eLearning (Jay Cross and Lance Dublin), Learning Rants, Raves and Reflections (Elliott Masie), and Lies About Learning (Larry Israelite).

ISG partner and global OCM leader Randy Geoghagan has more than 25 years of consistent success in building and deploying OCM programs worldwide. He founded TracePoint Consulting in 2009, after spending much of his career as a program manager running large-scale IT-system implementations for big companies, where he saw a clear marketplace need for people who understood the process of change and how to facilitate it well, with a strong focus on the employee experience. He grew TracePoint to appear on the Inc. 500 list of America’s fastest-growing companies, before ISG acquired the firm. Randy continues to take an active role guiding clients through large-scale initiatives with complex business, process and technology changes. He has a bachelor’s in management information systems from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University.

Meredith is a consulting professional that brings an expertise in organizational change management (OCM) disciplines, multiple industries, and many types of transformational change. Her goal is to accelerate adoption rates and get the most out of the investment you are making in your people. Meredith listens to clients, resulting in the identification and delivery of the most valuable stakeholder management, communications and training activities. 

Eric Bocks serves as an ISG director of organizational change management with 30 years of experience designing and delivering custom OCM solutions for large-scale and complex business transformations. He is the architect of a signature Change CAPABLE delivery framework utilized to ensure consistent outcomes, enabling our clients to achieve their organizational and financial goals. He focuses on turning stakeholders into true change leaders. Eric spent much of his career in the retail industry, including in merchandising and demand planning and forecasting. He has been a professional consultant for 20 years, working across many industries, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in business communications from Hope College. He is a certified OCM consultant and holds a CQ® (change intelligence) certification from Change Catalysts.

John is a Director of OCM for Sourcing & AI at ISG. He leads the firm’s work in helping clients navigate high-impact transformation especially those involving outsourcing transitions and emerging technologies like AI. With more than 20 years of experience and a disciplined, people-centered approach shaped by his military background, John blends strategy, structure, and empathy to guide organizations through complex change. He has led more than 90 organizational change engagements, supporting transitions that impact thousands of people and millions in value. John leads ISG’s global OCM for Sourcing practice, and also plays a key role in shaping the firm’s approach to AI change enablement. He regularly works with client executives and delivery teams to develop clear, actionable strategies that build adoption and deliver results. 

Felina is part of the Enterprise EMEA Practice, which supports clients in their business operations and technology transformation journeys, enabling them with strong change management and communications competencies to ensure that transformation investment translates into actual realized benefits. 

She adds value for her clients through her solid knowledge in project and change management and methodologies to identify and manage key aspects of transforming IT. 

Chase Hawkins is a partner at ISG with deep experience in training, business transformation and organizational change management (OCM) across more than 250 projects. His specializations include OCM, alignment optimization, communications, client/provider relationship management and customer experience, and end-user training (EUT), plus training as a service (TaaS) strategy and execution, with success in both sales and delivery. He currently runs ISG OCM direct sales, as well as ISG’s global OCM partnerships with other providers, systems integrators and software companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia and has won numerous professional awards.

Veronica has the unique ability to define clear roadmaps in grey situations. She provides the executive oversight needed to deliver results through all changes. She leverages her diverse experience across multiple industries to offer significant complex transformations.   

Colleen leads systems integration and organizational transformation initiatives for Enterprise Change. In this role she partners with clients to make purpose driven decisions around change management, communications, and culture challenges that surface during large-scale change. This holistic and integrated approach delivers change for today while simultaneously strengthening an organization’s ability to continuously change – leaving it healthier, more agile, and always improving. 

Doug Teachey, partner at ISG, serves as a proven executive-level strategic and advisory consultant with more than 20 years of experience focused on complex, transformational change. He is responsible for both sales and delivery of client programs, as well as for defining new ISG OCM market offerings. He leads the training practice and the ISG OCM service delivery that’s conducted through our various partner companies. Doug’s areas of expertise include organizational transformation, organizational design, communications, OCM, talent management, enterprise learning strategies and execution, outsourcing, post-merger integration, project management office (PMO) implementations, process improvement and Lean/Six Sigma models, job-skills training, systems implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Infor, etc.), and leadership development. Doug’s MBA and his bachelor’s degree in organizational communication are complemented by his working knowledge of OCM, communications and learning across multiple industries, Fortune 500 companies and Big Four consulting.
