Paul grew up in classic product marketing for PC hardware (including launching the first network servers) and has since applied product marketing experience to CMO roles in large services firms.
He has also led large sales organizations and been general manager of businesses with full P&L responsibility. His super-power is to apply all three experiences into one hybrid role driving marketing, sales, product and delivery - all while beating financial goals.
His other passion is mentoring and nurturing high-performance teams.

Many people assume you shouldn’t smile too much if you want to have gravitas in a business setting. And that you must be tough and intimidating to be an aggressive results-oriented leader. You may assume that a leader needs to be loud in a crisis. Most people think that you must tell teams what to do to get them to be productive. None of these are correct. Businesspeople see others following standard expectations and just assume it must be the correct path. I believe that the success I've had in many roles can often be credited to doing something different than where conventional wisdom would have led me. I explain 9 rules of – doing the opposite – to have a greater impact.
