Shafqat Azim is a Partner in ISG’s Digital practice and leads ISG’s Technology Modernization, M&A and Global Security practices. He brings more than 30 years of business and IT experience to the firm, including international business management experience in Southeast Asia and Europe. He leverages his personal expertise, experiences and successes, enabled by and ISG’s competencies and solutions to help Fortune 1000 global service providers and end client enterprises adopt and scale digital strategies and innovative business/technology models.

As a Consulting Manager on the Adaptive Organizations team at ISG, Ryan helps clients harness the power of technology and data. Known for his hands-on approach, he works alongside clients to develop practical solutions, simplify data analysis, and produce clear technical documentation. With a reputation for delivering results, he takes ownership of client challenges to ensure their success. 

Adrian Cruz is an ISG Senior Consultant within the Digital Practice focused primarily on the Cloud Strategy Team, Project Estimation-as-a-Service Team and Data & Analytics Team with a specialization in Computational Data Analytics. With a driven and motivated mindset, he strives to achieve operational excellence for all his clients by seeking innovative and creative solutions to enhance business models for the digital future.
While at ISG, Adrian has produced impactful solutions for both internal and external facing projects. From a client perspective, Adrian has provided Data & Analytics Benchmarking services for over 10 clients within a span of a year, Project Estimation-as-a-Service expertise for over 30 projects at a leading energy and utilities organization, and Cloud Strategy solution development for a public sector client with a reach of over 8 local counties and a nationwide network for other services looking to be migrated into the cloud. Internally, Adrian has developed automation tools to increase efficiency in processes such as reporting, decision models, and matching algorithms using Python. He also currently leads the ISG Cloud+ Certification Program which provides advisors the opportunity to obtain Cloud related training.

Namratha brings over 21 years of market research experience, leading the ISG Provider Lens program focused on BPO and AI and Analytics.  Namratha also leads the India Research team and is a speaker on ISG’s flagship platform, the ISG Index.

Sarah Diaz joined ISG in October of 2020 and is a Principal Consultant within the Digital Strategy and Solutions group focusing on Future of Work and Enterprise Agility engagements. She is working to identify how the Office of the Future may change in order to ensure a safe office environment for employees post pandemic. She also works with clients to guide on how to transition into a Product Aligned Organization.

Will Johnson is a Consultant within ISG’s Digital Strategy and Solutions group focused on understanding organizations’ business needs and providing them with well-informed technology solutions. Will has a passion for emerging technologies and innovation and serves as a key member of the ETI team. Through his diverse work experiences and entrepreneurial mindset, Will is continuously innovating and providing strategic insights to his clients to achieve the upmost standard of technology and overall success. Recently joining the team at ISG, Will has already played a huge role in the success of a large IT transaction. This allowing him to bring his skills and insights to our clients from day one.

Prashant Kelker is Partner, Americas Consulting, and Chief Strategy Officer. A globally recognized thought leader in AI and technology-led transformation, Prashant is shaping the firm’s strategic blueprint and bringing together all advisory capabilities to guide clients through the convergence of AI, digital technology and enterprise operating models.

He led the effort to make ISG the first sourcing advisory firm to establish a reference architecture for applied Generative AI with the 2023 ISG State of Applied Generative AI Market Report and played a key role in the development of our highly successful ISG NEXT operating model in 2020. Prashant joined ISG in 2012.

Before joining ISG, Prashant was a Technology Director at Accenture, where he won and established several new accounts and created digital offerings on mobility and predictive analytics. He earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore and a BE in Electronics from Bangalore University in India.

In ISG, Olga supports our advisory capability in developing digital solutions with special focus on data and analytics. Olga’s extensive knowledge of analytics and data engineering framework combined with hands on experience in complex transformational projects results in unique insights invaluable for effectively assessing the data analytics solutions for ISG’s clients.

As ISG’s Business Transformation team, Shriram brings 25+ years of experience in operational roles, entrepreneurial startups that were instrumental in specifying, architecting, building, and rolling out multi-billion-dollar initiatives in various industry verticals. He offers ISG clients his comprehensive digital imagination and adoption experience for their mission critical initiatives and their innovation ventures. 

  As a Senior Consultant, she brings in 7+ years of experience in leading client projects with her deep expertise in IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, Business Cases, Sourcing, Organization Change Management, Operating Model, Financial Controlling and Cost Optimization. She has served clients across multiple industries and is also a member of Applied AI team and Strategy Realization Office. ​

Gowtham Sampath is a Manager with ISG Research focusing on emerging technologies and their impact on businesses. He is also responsible for authoring Provider Lens quadrant reports for Banking Industry Services and Analytics Solutions & Services market. Gowtham’s responsibility includes authoring ongoing research articles and blogs on the data analytics market covering a broad spectrum of verticals and across functional domains. In his role, he also works with advisors in addressing enterprise clients' requests for ad-hoc research requirements within the IT services sector, across industries. 

Mitch Whitus is a driven and detail-oriented Consulting Manager with a passion for leveraging data analysis to help clients achieve operational and organizational excellence. Mitch develops complex financial models to analyze cost trends and industry data to identify patterns and cost optimization opportunities.
