Quadrant Reports

These reports evaluate and position service providers based on their portfolio attractiveness and competitive strength. Inclusion in our quadrant reports is based on rigorous selection criteria and an independent market analysis. A provider positioned in an ISG Provider Lens™ is considered as a Noteworthy Provider. Providers are placed into one of four quadrants, each reflecting their current market position and future potential within a specific capability area or regional context:

  1. Leaders demonstrate strong market presence, comprehensive offerings, and competitive stability. Their portfolios and strategies are well-aligned with client needs and industry trends, backed by consistent innovation.
  2. Product Challengers offer high-performing, scalable services and technologies, supported by strong investments to enhance market position and expand capabilities.
  3. Market Challengers are well-established providers with significant market visibility and a clear competitive edge, particularly within specific regions or verticals.
  4. Contender have entered the market, have begun to deliver to clients, and are building their set of offerings.  Many offer niche services that are best in class, but they don’t offer all services that are covered in this report.

Rising Stars show high potential and rapid progress, with strategic focus, innovation and a local market understanding that positions them to reach the Leader quadrant in 12–24 months.

In some cases, providers may be designated as "Not In" a quadrant. This occurs when they either do not offer the relevant services, or when insufficient data is available. This status does not indicate a lack of capability or future intention in the respective service area. Promising Providers are those ISG tracks but don’t meet the minimum criteria established for this study.
